Grand Lobby
Leadership & Operations

Built by Operators.
Not Theorists.

The team behind The Arena has produced and managed countless large-scale events, led nearly 100 professionals, and sold out arena-capacity venues across Las Vegas. This isn't a first venture - it's the next chapter.

From Concert & Festival Production to The Arena

The Arena isn't being built by consultants or first-time developers. It's being built by the same management team that already produced, promoted, and operated large-scale live entertainment in Las Vegas - and delivered.

Lavish Entertainment, Inc. (Est. 2017)

A Las Vegas-based live event production company that produced and managed dozens of large-scale concerts, festivals, and immersive entertainment experiences - both under its own brand and as a production partner for other major operators. The company assembled a team of nearly 100 professionals across production, operations, marketing, and creative - executing at a scale that most independent promoters never reach.

Sahara Event Center - Sold Out

Multiple sold-out events at the Sahara Event Center, a venue capable of hosting thousands of attendees. The company's ability to fill, produce, and manage a multi-thousand-capacity venue at this level - including full production, security, vendor management, F&B, and audience logistics - is the exact operational skill set required to run The Arena.

Playa Playground - Flagship Production: One of the most ambitious New Year's Eve festivals ever held in Las Vegas. A large-scale, multi-stage festival featuring immersive art installations, sound camps, interactive attractions, and a diverse lineup across numerous stages. This was not a standard concert - it was a fully integrated experiential entertainment platform that pushed beyond what traditional venues offered and into the territory that The Arena is designed to occupy permanently.

The Through-Line: The same core management team behind Lavish Entertainment has since formed Lavish Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: VXIT), a publicly traded company focused on scaling the next generation of entertainment infrastructure. The Arena is not a pivot - it is the direct evolution of a team that has already proven it can produce, promote, sell out, and operate large-scale live entertainment in Las Vegas. Every dollar of experience earned through Lavish Entertainment is now being deployed at permanent-venue scale.

What's Already in Motion

Golden Gloves Nevada

Territorial franchise opportunity in active discussions. Would provide exclusive amateur boxing content, year-round club shows, annual tournaments, and a built-in athlete pipeline unique to The Arena.

NAC Promoter License

Application to be filed upon entity formation. Process requires $10,000 bond, $750 fee, and 45–90 day FBI background check. Timeline is well within the 18-month development schedule.

F&B Operator Model

Arena-owned concept with custom menus and curated cocktail programs. Seeking a professional F&B management partner (Levy Restaurants, Legends Hospitality, or comparable). Ownership retains maximum margin; operator provides institutional execution.

Entertainment Pipeline

Direct relationships with talent agencies and mid-tier touring acts. The founder's established entertainment industry network enables self-promoted booking at the 2,000–4,000 capacity tier without reliance on Live Nation or AEG.

Venue Management Advisory

The company recognizes that permanent venue operations require capabilities beyond event production. Prior to opening, the company intends to engage a professional venue management consultant (e.g., OVG, ASM Global, or comparable) to establish SOPs, support key executive hires (COO, VP of Entertainment), and provide operational advisory support during the first 24 months. This is standard practice for new-build entertainment venues.

Site Acquisition

A primary target site on Las Vegas Boulevard has been identified and is currently under evaluation. Acquisition terms are subject to negotiation. If the primary site is not secured on favorable terms, the project model is portable to alternative facilities of comparable scale in the Las Vegas market, including ground-up construction.
